The Turning of the Soil – PERLE Begins
Joined by some of Penrith’s most respected community leaders — including Mayor Todd Carney, Penrith Panthers Board Members, and Richard Fox, President of the Penrith Valley Chamber of Commerce — we paused to acknowledge just how far this $600 million masterplan has come.
PERLE is no ordinary development. Already making headlines with the record-breaking $5.5 million penthouse sale, this next chapter of ESQ represents the very best in ultra-luxe living for Western Sydney.
With 173 thoughtfully designed residences, sweeping views of the Blue Mountains, a Palm Springs-inspired rooftop pool, wellness centre, private dining spaces, and a 1000sqm lakefront dining precinct — PERLE is a bold vision brought to life.
Andrew James proudly announced that Astina Group, the local powerhouse behind the successful delivery of the first three stages, will be continuing as the official builder for PERLE.
And with the recent interest rate drop by the RBA, it’s clear the market is responding. Enquiries for PERLE spiked overnight — a clear signal of the demand for high-quality, community-led living in Western Sydney.

The Topping Out – EDEN’s Structure Complete
On the same day, we also celebrated the topping out of EDEN — a beautifully designed community of 142 homes, complete with a wellness spa, indoor pool, residents’ Club Lounge, library, and private dining room.
