The Panthers’ $500 Village moves ahead

As work begins on stage one of the Eastside Quarter 1818, a development application has been lodged with Penrith Council for stages two and three. Four residential buildings of four to five storeys as well as one mixed-use residential building with about 1225 sqm of retail space are stages two and three of the development.
