We’re happy to announce that our display suites for the PERLE stage are officially open for sale!

To celebrate this milestone, we’ve invited the incredibly talented mural artist Calum Hotham to create a stunning piece right outside our display suite on Ransley Street, Penrith.

At just 26 years old and hailing from Bathurst, Calum specialises in realism and is renowned for his emotionally captivating murals. His latest work blends aerosol and acrylic paints, resulting in a dynamic and visually stunning experience that truly reflects the vibrant spirit of the East Side Quarter.

Calum’s unique style aims to evoke connection and celebrate the community, highlighting the incredible individuals that make Penrith such a special place. This mural will serve as a reminder of our commitment to supporting local talent and fostering a sense of belonging as we continue to develop PERLE.
